By downloading or using SyncUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application. These terms govern your access to and use of our services.

2. Use of Service

SyncUp provides group scheduling and coordination tools. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the app.

3. User Accounts & Security

Accessing certain features requires authentication via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Calendar & Data Access

SyncUp facilitates scheduling by checking availability on your connected calendars. We do not store your private appointment details. The app only creates events that you explicitly authorize.

5. Limitation of Liability

UserFocusedApps provides SyncUp "as is." We are not liable for any missed appointments, data loss, or scheduling conflicts resulting from the use of the application.
